finca las nubes Your home and studio for the week: The Cloud Farm

Accommodations at the farm are luxurious houses, combining the best of modern living standards and the natural environment. At home on the finca you will experience a truly unique and comfortable stay.  Yoga classes are held a short jungle walk away in our beautiful open-air studio which overlooks a stunning mountain escarpment.


The Cloud Farm is a sustainable organic farm nestled in the valley overlooking the town of San Juan del Sur and it’s picturesque bay.  The property is abundant with wildlife and boasts a mixture of large open pastures, natural forest and creeks and waterfalls that guests are encouraged to explore.  The Farm is certified organic, and meals on the farm are made daily using freshly harvested ingredients.  You are welcome to tour the gardens at your leisure, collect eggs at the hen house, or milk a cow if you can draw yourself out of bed before the crack of dawn!

Styles of Yoga

Flow Vinyasa – A delicious and inspired class; a graceful flow of postures.

Power Vinyasa – A challenging and fun class, synchronizing your movement with breath. Expect multiple arm balances, inversions, strengthening standing postures in creative sequences, great music and incredible group energy.

Hatha Yoga - The Sanskrit translation  "Ha" meaning "sun," and "tha" moon, is a practice of yoga designed to create balance.  By bringing the mind, body and breath into alignment, Hatha asanas allow energy to flow freely,massage internal organs, enhance circulation, digestion and hormonal activity, and are assured to rejuvenate even the most tired of bodies from the inside out.

Restorative Yoga - Let yourself be guided through a series of prop-assisted soothing postures while using the breath to slow down and savor the beautiful moments of life. A deeply relaxing and healing experience that nurtures the body completely.
